On November 19th,last year I did watdraw with my first bank master card in a kuda POS,it declined and the machine debited my account,the POS agent said I should go to my bank of which I went and went they said the money we revice to my account and after the days that told me it we revice passed, I went again,the customer care ask me of my email, I gave it her and she sent me my statement of account that was credited to the kuda POS account, I went to the agent he said he can’t reach the kuda customer care,that their line is not reachable for months now, please what should I do?
